Internetzugang ohne zusätzliche Kosten und sehr einfach.
Bei Wünschen lässt sich das Personal teilweise recht lange Zeit.

Good location
Requested a non-smoking room when I booked, when I checked in it was an extra $60 more per night! Room was filthy with stains on carpets and walls. When we checked out, I was charged $52 parking which was never communicated to me. Overall, it is the worst 4 stars I have ever seen. At best, I think it should be a 3 star hotel. Will never stay here again!

The hotel was central to downtown Toronto so great location in lovely city. Hotel was elegent and welcoming.
There were only two paper mugs provided everyday for the coffee machine. This made it more annoying to make drinks later in the day as it was difficult to wash them out. The room needs ceramic cups or a lot more paper ones.

Offer for higher/lower floor; provided a view of downtown Toronto including CN Tower at no extra cost.
Breakfast expensive; opted for a more fairly priced alternative from somewhere nearby

Enjoyed our stay here. Bed very comfortable and hotel very quiet at night while we were there. Only a coffee maker supplied but we were straight away given a kettle when requested. Heater not working but fixed very quickly. Hotel in very good location, handy for subway and streetcars.
Very little wardrobe/drawer space. We were there for 10 days but had to leave some clothes in suitcase. Breakfast expensive and poor value. We went to Tim Horten's every day, just around the corner.
