    Staff were brilliant, very helpful, friendly, patient and spoke excellent English. They were very well informed and gave clear directions when we asked. The hotel was centrally based which made getting around the city very easy. The air con worked well and the views were amazing particularly at night. We loved it and would thoroughly recommend it.

    Very difficult to think of anything particularly negative to say as our experience was very positive. Directions on where to park would have helped as there were no parking facilities on site although there were car parks near by. The carpet in our room was a little shabby. The website for the hotel should have better links to show how to get there - these were missing when we looked for them before arrival and did mean that we ended up getting lost.

    Loads! Walking was easy and there were plenty of trams and buses to get around.
