    Room had nice decor & convenient location

    The lifts where awful, never working properly and key card needed to activate which was fine for security but everyone was having problems

    walking distance to the harbour & opera house etc

    Received an upgrade, Standard rooms may be inferior. Reasonable location and therefore good value for money

    No staircase which meant constant waiting for the elevator which was often full. Breakfast was pretty poor and Dining Room could was untidy with discarded food uncollected on the floor.
