    Good location

    Internet coverage not sufficient - only high connection in a few spots The fixed cost of the taxi to the airport was not mentioned to be much higher than the costs if I would have called myself. In fact I was told that it would be the same reasonable cost. I was not happy to pay in local currency when my order was in EUR. Then you should have informed better so I could have pre-paid in EUR.

    Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro e non distante dal centro a piedi. Struttura ben tenuta, camere e bagno puliti, colazione incentrata sul salato ma i dolci presenti erano sufficienti e buoni (frutta sciroppata e non fresca!). Personale giovane che parla inglese, gentile e disponibile. Rigidi sul check-in solo dopo le 14.00 ma ottimo il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli visto che il nostro volo di rientro era in serata.

    Camere un po' troppo calde i primi di aprile nonostante il termostato non fosse acceso.

    The bed was horrible! Too hard and it felt like some plastic material under the sheet. We could as well slept on the floor, no difference. When you are a tourist you only sleep at the hotel so the bed is really important! It was also sad to see that the inside was so modern and did'nt correspond with the beautiful old building outside.
