Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas las habitaciones y mobiliario está un poco anticuado.

unable to find my paid booking on my arrival had to wait to try to get information had to give my credit card details because staff did not found my booking even with the reference number i gave them

Room small and poorly cleaned/maintained e.g. wallpaper peeling off wall, smelled damp.

i was delighted by the quality of the hotel. i enjoyed my stay.Breakfast service was particularly professional and friendly. Food was hugely enjoyable. For the price i paid it was altogether brilliant.

Room was not available on arrival, we had to wait almost an hour (we arrived at 5.30pm) which meant we missed our 6.30pm appointment. Also they moved us to a suite as they didnt have a suitable room and I was told that the bed would be made up by the time I went to bed, at the end of our conference (3am) I went to bed and the bed still wasn't made so I had to sleep on a sofa with no coverings. I did advise the hotel staff but they didnt really do anything about it.

La habitación individual fue muy pequeña y había mucho ruido hasta las 2 de la mañana de un club cercano. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche, el recepcionista no quería reconocer el voucher porque no estaba impreso en color y tardamos 30 minutos para hacer el check-in a pesar de indicarle que somos staff de TUI Travel.
