The new hotel (open at the end of 2005) is located in a superior quality residential development in the centre of Aveiro, with views of the lake formed by the River Ria de Aveiro. Our guests also benefit from a Non-Smoking floor, as well as from our room service, laundy and Business Centre.

Each guest room is equipped with a spacious bathroom, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, high-speed Internet access, air conditioning, safe, minibar and a secure electronic locking system. Double beds also come as standard.

Considering the present needs of the modern world, the spa creates a unique space specialising in meeting guests' health and well-being needs. More than a fashion, nowadays the spa represents a new way of achieving well-being and relaxation through a series of useful and enjoyable treatments. As well as the usual spa and massage treatments, a hot tub, sauna and steam room also feature (all items subject to fees). Guests may take advantage of the heated indoor pool with water aerobics, aerobics and a gym facility (all subject to fees).
