    The facilities were O.K. and the cleaning people did a great job at keeping everything to appear top notch.

    The front desk staff was simply rude. While at the airport I called to ask how long was it going to take for the shuttle to come around and the younf lady's answer was "have you bothered to call us?" in a rather arrogant tone.

    Get to the Barajas train station and eat at the BK that is near it.
