Nice room and Hotel was clean and tidy
Pool and pool bar closed for the season despite it being warm. Buffet breakfast not worth 16? so we went to the local bakery
Lots of cafe's and acropolis in walking distance.

The evening and the night concierge/ front desk guys were both extremely helpful to us when we were booking excursions and had general queries. The location was perfect and very convenient for us. The pool was great.
The female concierge during the day was not very helpful when we requested assistance in booking an excursion. We tried to cancel an excursion and requested that the front desk lady respond ASAP to our request to cancel the day long excursion and to please call us to advise when this had been done. After a second phone call to her, we were still not given an answer. We had to follow up again with her when we went to breakfast. There was no reason given for the lack of response, which was unacceptable given that we were on a tight time schedule should the excursion not be canceled. There was several mornings when we couldn't have a lie in due to the high noise level by the cleaning lady who insisted on dragging the furniture around in the 2 rooms adjoining ours. The pool and private beach closed too early and we couldn't get food from the pool bar even though the hotel info said we could.
The location was perfect and very convenient for us.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich
Die Küche zum Frühstück ist gut aber zum Dinner sehr schwach

J'ai été arnaqué (il n'y a pas d'autres mots) par l'hôtel quant à la facture téléphonique. J'ai appelé deux fois mon bureau à Nouméa 8 mn et 14 mn, soit au total 22 mn. Facture au moment du check out pour ces deux appels : 510 EUROS !!! Pour information, le coût d'une communication entre la Nouvelle-Calédonie et la France est d'environ 0,5 EUROS la minute, soit 11 EUROS pour 22 minutes. Je n'avais jamais vu ça. Et ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Cerise sur le gâteau, il n'ya jamais eu de réponse à mes demandes d'explications sur leur coût tarifaire. Mépris le plus complet. Bref, à déconseiller !
