Austero pero suficiente. Ambiente Joven.

Un solo ascensor que solía tener colas. La zona no es que sea muy bonita, aunque tiene el metro al lado y a en un paseo se puede llegar a postdamer platz.

The highlight for me was the staff helpfullness

reception staff very nice and friendly, really decent clean warm rooms, and really good on suite facilities. The breakfast room is pleasant and must be really nice in the Summer.

I would have liked a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink if you wish. There was a lot of teenagers staying who made a lot of noise in the corridors and one night were banging on all the bedroom doors.

I found it was close enough to the middle of Berlin to get around and see the points of interest.

It would be hard to find a better located and good value hotel. Although this is in no chic but aimed at people on a budget, it is clean and well run with spacious rooms, most of which have good en suite facilities. Baggage room to store baggage on day of departure (or on early arrival)and lockers on the basis of a returnable deposit for the key.

Well located, excellent facilities & very good value for money. Generally helpful staff and cheerful atmosphere. Superb views over Berlin from breakfast room on the top floor. As much as you can eat breakfast if you choose the B&B option. My third stay here which must say something about it!

The hotel seemed to have the wrong information from you the booking agent. Despite the fact that I had a receipt from you for two people in one room, the hotel only had information for one person in one room. They sorted the problem, though not without initially giving us the keys to a room already occupied. It was embarrassing to walk into an occupied room! This was eventually sorted with good grace and apologies.

Checkpoint Charlie, Technical Museum, Jewish Museum, attractive and cosmopolitan area of Kreuzberg to explore. Brandenburg Gate, Postdamer Platz and main shopping areas within walking distance. Good eating places nearby and easy access to U-bahn - a couple of minutes' walk away.

The Hotel was clean and adequate. Very helpful young man on reception when we arrived.

Although the room was adequate some of the facilities were not available as noted in the description (Ironing Board, safe) The lift was not working for some of the time we were there and as the dining room was on the 7th floor this was a bit inconvienient. Food was just about adequate but not a lot of choice & on the last morning we had to keep asking for items which weren't available. This was a very basic hotel definiteley incorrectly rated as 3 star, and not suitable for elderley people. As this wasa HOSTEL not a HOTEL there were no clean towels while we stayed there so glad it was not longer than 3 nights.

I think that the clientelle were quite a bity younger than I'd anticipated but this in no ruined my stay which was overall very pleasant.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung(U-Bahn,Buss),Freundliche Leute(Angestellte sowie andere Besucher).

Unterbringung in gemischten Zimmern hat mich etwas überrascht,lag aber daran das die Anmeldung über PC nicht ganz einfach war(für mich)!
