Muy céntrico, en plena Plaza Catalunya. Localización inmejorable Buen servicio
El ascensor se estropeó y aparte de las plantas, tb hay entreplantas hotel antiguo
Turismo, compras, teatros, centro neurálgico de la ciudad.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente (justo enfrente de Plaza Cataluña al comienzo de Las Ramblas). Difícilmente encontraréis en Barcelona un hotel con mejor relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones muy limpias y aunque el edificio es antiguo están muy bien conservadas.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y creo que nunca he estado en una ducha más pequeña.

i emailed hotel before i left, and they were very accomadating. i explained my hussband had asthma and could they give us a spacious room. the air condition was excellant. had a lovely view over la ramblas.
was a very basic hotel to stay in.
it was an ideal place to stay because to us it was right in the heart of barcelona

Very good location for the price. Good staff who helped advising places to visit, how to travel and discount book for locations.
very basic as it's 2*, even though we put DND on our door because we didn't want them in our room cleaning as it didn't need to be, they still came in to clean the room. Otherwise no problems.
ideal location, walking distance from las ramblas, barri gothic and antoni gaudi casa batlio/la pedera. The metro, bus station and train is next to the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome and this helped to enjoy our trip to Barcelona.
The hotel is in the 'heart' of Barcelona and so we were able walk to the main tourist areas of the city.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, set in an amazing location in the dead centre of Barcelona. Rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was amazing for the quality of the place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here or again and I recommend it for everyone!

Hotel is in an excellent location, central to many of the sitghts around the city. With restaurants, shops, museums and galleries close by there's a lot to keep you occupied. Busses and a Metro station are 100 yards from the building so getting about is no bother.As for the room, it is comfortable with a clean en-suite bathroom, with complimentary soap, shampoo, comb and breath mints. There is no kettle for making your own beverages but vending machines are located on the 3rd floor. The TV has 15 stations which include the English CNN, BBC News 24, the German Eurosport and a couple of French channels.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from 8th November and I had read reviews before and when I got there I was so shocked
by what others had written. I could not fault this hotel, location was excellent - metro station right outside the hotel
and very easy to use would def back everyone else up and would highly recommend the T10 ticket, aeroport shuttle bus again
drops you off just across the road from hotel and costs 5.20 euros pp each way and last but not least you are right at the
top of las ramblas and if you ask for a room with a view you will have a balcony overlooking this which is just amazing at
night and fantastic to wake up to in the morning, yes you can here the hustle and bustle outside but this certainly does not
stop you from sleeping after a long days worth of sightseeing and enjoying the sights and is that not the whole point of a
busy city to be in the heart of it.
The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we even asked
for an extra pillow which I would recommend as then the bed is a lot more comfier but this was no trouble and we went out
for dinner and came back and the extra pillows were in our room awaiting us.
I have always been in travel so am always checking reviews and this is the first time I wanted to make sure I let everyone
else who is considering staying at this hotel that is DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY worth the money!!!! If you want a central
location and value for money then I would highly recommend you choose the hotel monegal!!!,

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, la habitación es muy ruidosa, no tiene doble cristal y dando a la Rambla es un unto de mejora importante, las paredes tienen manchas de humedad, así como el baño, se nota que es un edificio antiguo pero podrían restaurarlo un poco, las escaleras ídem. No se corresponde la calidad precio sin duda. sí, tiene secador, toallas limpias y jabón, tv y demás, pero no lo recomendaría.
