The staff on reception were amicable. The sheets were well laundered Breakfast was adequate
On arrival, there was no electricity and we were on our way to a wedding on Gibraltar, therefore showering was out of the question. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the room. When we returned, the toilet wouldn't flush. The shower was either very hot or cold. The sink tap was loose. The bed was lumpy, the most uncomfortable I have slept in. There were no facilities in the room to have tea or coffee. The decoration was shabby with no attention to detail. The windows were smeared and dirty. The lamps over the bed had bare wires showing and we considered them to be potentially dangerous. The fire doors did not comply with fire regulations!
