The hotel was very nice. the rooms excellent and the location wonderful and certainly worth the money. I was with a wedding party and the service at the wedding party was good and very fast. The staff were very helpful.
I was there for a wedding and there was not that many staff after to serve at the bar for drinks. The food for the wedding was okay but the soup tasted like it was boiled to long as it had lost its taste. the rest of the meal was excellent. Overall the hotal was really nice and i would stay there again.

This was a wonderful stay with the river Dee just through the French door of our bedroom. A perfect balance of quality modern with period furnishings and style, relaxing ambience and magnificent setting.

So near both Aberdeen and Royal Deeside with other lovely runs up the coast and pleasant towns to visit. We were up for a wedding so didnt "do" any sights.

It's nice to find a hotel that's individual and full of character and easy to find. Maryculter House is a real gem and we're already planning our next stay.
In a beautiful setting and well-signposted. Comfortable bed and clean room. Food was excellent. Strongly recommend the Gourmet Dinner served at weekends. Delicious, different and very good value for money. Tha staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much for them.

Unfortunately the weather was against us and we weren't prepared, so we couldn't partake in any of walks or fishing, but intend to return later in the year to do so. There are many activities and attractions signposted within the local vicinity and the hotel has leaflets and details.

the staff are really fantastic and friendly they could not do enough for you and the hotel is really nice
6 members off the family went for a meal in the hotel before our wedding function the next day and the evening meal was not really good.. great shame really ..... and we were dreading our wedding meal but the wedding meal was fantastic ... diffrent chef who knows,,,,,

One or two areas required attention. The corridor outside my bedroom showed signs of a water leak in the roof which had caused some damage to the decor, although there was no smell of dampness. the "wet room" style shower room was very small, while the bedroom was spacious.
