Hotel Marriott Maida Vale

el hotel estaba muy bien situado a 15-20 minutos en metro del centro, que esto en londres es muy cerca. ademas el fin de semana cierran muchas lineas por obras y de las pocas lineas que estaba abierta era la nuestra. el hotel limpio, con muy buena atencion. la cama comoda y grande.la zona muy buena. con un supermecado tesco cerca que abria desde muy temprano hasta muy tarde. un sturbuck en la misma avenida, pubs para tomar cerveza, para comer....genial

por decir algo malo que no es para tanto...las tuberias hacian un poco de ruido cuando tirabas de la cisterna......pero bueno tampoco era para tanto

Buenas conexiones con el centro de Londres

Trato frío y poco amable por parte de la recepción. Ni siquiera te saludan cuando entras. El día de la salida meten la factura por debajo de la puerta sin sobre, ni carta, simplemente la factura. Poco explicativos y más preocupados en tu tarjeta de crédito que en darte la bienvenida. No es un servicio alineado con la cadena Marriott.

camas muy amplias y comodas. Habitaciones limpias y cuidadas. Desayuno ingles de calidad. Todas las mañanas te dejan The Times en la puerta.

No es centrico pero esta a 5 min de metro y los autobuses 16 y 98 que van al centro pasan continuamente. Personal de recepcion no saben español y son poco amables.

Para tomar cafe hay un Starbucks a pocos metros. Se come bien, buen servicio y asequible en restaurante italiano La Dolce Vita a pocos metros, en calle Kilburn, . La zona de Maida Vale merece la pena recorrerla en autobus por sus magnificas residencias.

Really impressed that they were able to accommodate a very early check-in (12:45 p.m.) - staff very professional and friendly. The room was lovely - two double beds were unexpected (we thought they would be two singles) and very comfortable. Loved being able to use the swimming pool.

Overall very nice hotel and friendly staff

Food was very mediocre, we had lunch and breakfast there and were very unimpressed with the quality and poor value of the food.

Room was meant to be non smoking but stank of stale cigarette smoke. The receptionist could only offer to "freshen up" our room but not change our room to an actual non smoking one. We had asked for a twin room but had to share a double bed since there were no twin rooms available. Without notice, £200 was deducted from my card as insurance, leaving me with insufficient money for my holiday. Why not use the same policy as other hotels and merely take a note of the card number instead of actually deducting the £200?

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, would recommend.

Price was good for London. Location was convenient for transit by tube and bus, near many restaurants. Nice lobby. Well cleaned. Great friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Check-in/out was very quick.

Location not in central London (but great for it's lack of tourists). Some parts of room a bit shabby (worn piece of wood on side of bathtub). Shower almost scalding hot. Would have given a 5 for facilities if pool was open later/earlier and/or on Sunday (although having a pool at all iin London is special).

Great wines/wine menu in the hotel bar!

Great service and a great hotel which was surprising considering the 'less than good' neighbourhood.

Don't go too far north of the hotel, the area is not good.
