General

This is a family run complex that comprises two buildings built in traditional Cycladic style. It consists of a lobby with reception area and seats for guests, as well as a breakfast room. There are 12 studios and 4 apartments on offer.

The studios are simple in style but tastefully decorated. All of them have a fully fitted kitchenette, TV, fridge, individually regulated air conditioning and safety deposit boxes (extra fee). In addition, they offer an en suite bathroom, shower, double bed and a balcony or a terrace.

Actividades deportivas

The hotel offers a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the beach.

Ubicación Markos studios

Situated 200 metres from the centre of Perissa resort where there are plenty choices of restaurants, bars and commercial shops. It is located 100 metres down a small road to the sandy beach of Perissa. The nearest bus stop is situated 200 metres on the main road which provide transfer to the capital of Fira.
