UBICACION, EXCELENTE PLAYA, BUFFET MUY BUENO

ALGUNOS DETALLES EN HABITACIONES QUE DEBEN ESTAR MAS CUIDADOS AL SER UN 4*: RAYONES EN PUERTAS,PEQUEÑOS DESCONCHONES EN PAREDES, PERO QUE NO AFECTAN A LA ESTANCIA

el todo incluido es engañoso, nos pusieron pension completa y eso no era lo que queriamos, no nos hubiera importado pagar un poco mas pero no tener la preocupacion de que entraba o que no entraba en el ""todo incluido""

Muy cerca del mar, puedes estar en el cesped y controlar a los niños en la playa.El chill out tiene buen ambiente por la noche.Buena animación.Piscina limpia.

Está lejos del pueblo de Nerja, hay que coger el coche. Mayor control en la "reserva de las hamacas" con la simple colocación de la toalla desde primera hora de la mañana.

Me ha gustado en general todo, buffet bueno y servicio tambien

Las instalaciones para el ocio un poco pequeñas,en especial donde se hacen las actuaciones,y hace falta mas animaciones en especial para los niños. y he hechado en falta piscina climatizada

Good rooms, good balconies, good food, wine prices reasonable in dining room, plenty of free car parking.

Bar prices expensive, coffee after dinner has to be paid for. Last 2 nights spoilt by rowdy drunken school rugby team (British) disturbing guests until 1am first night and 3am next. No action from hotel security until phoned complaints from quests received.

Food, staff, room excellent. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

It was marketed on the eayjet site as having an indoor pool - this is not the case.

Visit the caves at Nerja. Plenty of walking in the area.

This is a lovely hotel. Clean, bright and very pleasant to stay at. Having two small children, the two-room apartment was ideal. The staff were pleasant and the buffet meals relaxed and tasty. There were a large number of British Saga holiday makers at the hotel and this helped keep it quiet and civilized. At weekends the hotel fills with noisier and younger Spanish families (on all-inclusive deals) which made it much busier. This might have been a bit of a shock for the Saga guests. There was a pleasant kids club at weekends which involved lots of running games and some colouring which suited our five year just fine and our two-year-old was welcomed too although too young to really join in. We stayed to watch.

Simpatia de algunos camareros.

El hotel oferta piscina climatizada, relax, cuierta, etc... "gratuita"---- cuando en realidad lo que es gratis es 1 hora (que te regalan en la reserva) y el resto es de pago. Ademas la piscina climatizada esta dentro del Spa por lo que no pueden entrar ni niños ni mujeres embarazadas. La falta de simpatia del Director. Falta variedad en comidas y productos. ej: no disponen de Danones para niños.

Mooi gelegen hotel, wij hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Ideaal, groot balkon en goed uitgerustte keuken en goede bedden. Eten is gevarieerd, voor ieder wat wils, personeel vriendelijk vooral rerstaurant en schoonmaak. Voor een weekje rust in de winter prima bevallen.

Eten was soms wat koud.

Nerja is prachtig, vooral de kleine straatjes buiten het toeristische gedeelte zijn echt spaans.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and thouroghly enjoyable. We were sorry that we hadn't booked a longer stay!
