    i had a friend and her baby boy who is one with me, the baby boy made a lot of mess all the time and allways we asked for our room to be cleaned every morning and they did a fantastic job so thank =]

    you should provide a crib free of charge for children under the age of 5 or at least have it as an option free of charge when i asked about this all you could provide me was a canvess at the charge of an extra 25 eruro a night which is extreme

    Good location Spa / Pool Late breakfast at weekend

    I have been using this hotel every 6 weeks from when it first opened. It is now gradually declining. The rooms are getting a bit tatty - the furniture scratched, table lights in bad condition. Under the beds it had not been hoovered and was food, hair etc. The pool area often has the water jets not working. Last visit only had one water jet working and poorly, and only one of the jacuzzi chairs working. Entrance to the gym via room card has not been working for about 6 months now.

    Excellent room and facilities for the price we paid

    Our room smelt like it had once been a smoking room

    Several restaurants plus a shopping centre with a cinema. The tram line is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, which takes you right into the city centre.

    superb breakfast, very clean, excellent staff, fantastic swimming pool and gymn and reasonable prices in the bar

    quite a out of the city but luas tram line very close by and reasonable price

    plenty of eating places, good shopping centre very close by

    Excellent Spa Facilities in the ajoining leisure club.Excellent secure parking in underground car park.Quite a busy location but you don't really notice once you're inside the hotel. Area is being developed but I'm sure this hotel should really be a 4* and probably will be once the development is complete.
