Very nice Friendly hotel, would definatly recommend and go again.
we were in room 220 and apart from having no hot water at all for nearly two days it ws okay.

this was the first holiday abroad for my future daughter in law who was with her fiance in room 202 in the same hotel villa benidorm. as i payed for this holiday i was annoyed that their stay was less than perfect. the hot water of course the same for everyone, but in there case the heater also did not work so consequently they were very cold dispite being told that the heating was okay. however they were given more blankets and told maybe they could move rooms on tuesday two days before we left.however we found out later that some customers had been upgradaed to a gold card before they left but we had no such luck. maybe they shouted louder than us.as we are going back to this hotel in march maybe we could have some compensation just to save face.as i feel it would not be able to reccommend this hotel at the present time and were we not going back i would think twice about it after all the upgrade should have been accross the board.i hope this will be given a fair ammount of consideration and an answer would be appreciated mrs ann rea
it is in a great location for everything for all ages. especially the beach and nightlife.
