    El hotel nos gusto mucho, y con el problema que teníamos con nuestra hija con las comidas nos lo resolvieron estupendamente, ya que la niña es celiaca. Lo único es que en la web pone que este hotel tiene piscina climatizada y no la tienen. Tendrían que revisar la web y actualizarla.Un saludo

    Good food, beautiful place, friendly people.

    Much noice, even at night - when people are at the sun roof - the isolation of the walls is not 100%. When the neighbour takes a shower, it seems as if he is taking the shower in your own bathroom :-)

    não tem ar condicionado e está londe da praia de Palma Nova ( dificil acesso à praia de Magalluf por ter muitas escadas e subida muito íngreme...

    Vista mar muito simpática, pessoal muito simpático e acessível.

    O hotel não é indicado para familias ( é sobretudo para jovens ). Não tem ar condicionado o que faz com que os quartos sejam muito quentes no verão.

    Some of the staff were very pleasant

    No room for us when we arrived had to go to sister hotel the Tropical park.No linen change during an 8 night holiday despite complaining to the reception. Two days before the end of our holiday we went for breakfast only to find the dining room had CLOSED and we had to go to our original hotel for all our meals. That evening the same thing happened with the hotel bar. The Tropical Park's swimming pool is the dirtiest I have ever seen. Hotel is really only suitable ror young people who will not mind the noise and boisterous behaviour at all times of the night

    If you want a cheap weekend in Majorca it is fine

    Food was of a good standard, hotel staff were friendly

    Other guests were noisy it was obviously a venue that is popular with 'stag' parties

    CHILDREN WERE A PROBLEM IN THE HOTEL, AND STREET NOISE FROM TEENAGERS HANGING AROUND WAS BAD. FOOD NEEDS TO BE HOTTER. BAR WAS VERY GOOD.

    Bonne restauration, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

    Quelques clients (des jeunes uniqument) ne respectent pas le calme dans l'hotel, ils n'ont aucun savoir vivre. ce qui nous empêche quelquefois de bien dormir.

    la chambre etait entrain de moisire au niveau du mure.l odeurs des meubles est affreuse elle emballe toute la chambre.le berceau pour bebe etait déffectueux.les literies jamais changées.le nettoyage baclée.un bruit ambiant affreux.la piscine squattée par des alcoolique toute la journée donc danger pour les enfants de moin de 10 ans.nous n avons pas pu en profiter.trop d'escaliers,pas accessible facilement.l'hotel située beaucoup trop loin de la mer.je ne recommanderais jamais cet hotel!sans parler de l'égoisterie des chefs de salle a manger qui ont enlever de la main de ma fille de 8 mois son morceau de pain en sortant de la salle a manger.ambiance nocturne a déplorée..c est un hotel idéal pour les jeunes qui veulent se saouler la gueule..pas pour les familles!!heureusement que la nourriture etait au moin très bonne.qu on en garde au moin un bon souvenir de ca¨!
