WE FOUND THE STAFF POLITE AND HELPFUL

WE FOUND THE HOTEL DID NOT WARRANT A 4 STAR RATING THE FOOD THAT WAS SREVED APPEARED TO BE THE SAME FROM THE DAY BEFORE AND MOSTLY COLD. SNACKS WHERE POOR WHEN AVAILABLE ENTERTAINMENT VERY POOR AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYBODY

Good for the size and cleanliness. The bar is great and the staff very freindly.

We found that our first day & evening was good for choice of food because the hotel was quit full. but after that the hotel seemed rather empty and the choice of food then became poor. We stayed at the hotel in January of this year and found the food great and the afternoon snacks were much better than they are now, in fact the snacks now for the all inclusive are discusting and not worth putting on.

It is a bit far out, but there is a taxi rank just down the road so it was quit good to go places.

entertainment of poor quality i suggest the hotel should review this. i can say in all this was an excellent hotel with freindly staff at all times. and one of the cleanest i have stayed in for a long time. we will return to this hotel.

A partir de 24 h., la terrasse devrait etre fermée pour permettre aux résidents de dormir. Nos deux dernières ont été très bruyantes et ce jusqu'à passé 1 h. du matin. Nous partons de l'idée que meme les gens de l'est -Russie- doivent aussi respecter les convenances. Avec nos cordiales salutations. René Mogeon.
