las habitaciones no tienen ventanas salvo las suites y la sensacion es un poco claustrofobica y de poca luz.

NINGUNA HABITACION TIENE VENTANA PORQUE SE TRATA DE ANTIGUAS CELDAS DE UN PEQUEÑO CONVENTO.

MUY CENTRICO, AL LADO DE LA PLAZA VIEJA. DECORACION MUY CUIDADA.MUY AMABLE Y PROFESIONAL EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL.

NO HAY SECADOR EN LAS HABITACIONES Y HAY QUE PEDIRLO. EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ES UN POCO RUIDOSO.

Frühstück sehr dürftig

Absolut empfehlenswert ist es, einige der wenigen Suiten zu buchen. Diese Zimmer sind die einzigen Räume des Hotels mit Fenster und von der Größe und der Einrichtung sher stilvoll und schön! ALLE Standart-Rooms des Hotels sind OHNE Fenster, was aber trotzdem o.k. ist, da man in Havanna wohl sowieso meist unterwegs sein wird.

Ich hatte die Suite gebucht und bekam bei Anreise ohne irgendeine Entschuldigung oder Information nur einen Standart-Room zugewiesen. Erst auf Nachfrage (weil offensichtlich ohne Fenster) wurde mir die Überbuchung der Suiten mitgeteilt! Ob ich die Differenz noch erstattet bekomme, steht noch aus. Etwas ärgerlich!

Loverly hostorical hotel in a very peaceful setting. This hotel is an old monestry so almost all of the rooms are without windows. However, despite my initial hesitation about this, the great air-con kept the rooms cool and the lack of windows meant that the room was very quiet too. I would certainly stay there again.

No window in the room

I had booked for three nights and yet the first night - our arrival day in Cuba the room was not available. Another hotel a few blocks away was located and a room provided ( this other hotel was rated 1 more star higher my wife liked it but I preferred Los Frailes). This was the only disappointing aspect of the stay.

My friend his suitcase was lost at the flight to Habana. We asked the service desk several times if the suitcase had arrived all ready. Even the day we left the hotel (19 dec. in the morning) they lady from the office desk in the hotel said that there was no suitcase arrived. Air Europa brought the suitcase from the airport on the 18e dec. in the evening with a taxi to the hotel. My friend and i were in the city so he left the suitcase at the desk. Very strange that nowone from the staff reported us, in the evening when we came back or the next day when we left the hotel , no one told us that my friend his suitcase was arrived. So my friend has to use my clothes and other things during ower stay in Hotel Mercure Quatro Palmas at Varadero. And we made a lot of phone calls to the Airport and Air Europe On the last day when we were at the airport Habana to leave the country, the suitcase was brougt with a taxi to the airport from hotel Les Frailes, again costs for us 25 CUC. So thats why we are not sattisfayd of the Staff professionalism. I hope you can do somenthing with this story!! comodo, vicino alla zona vecchia di la habana.

abbiamo dormito in una stanza senza finestra. Non potevamo credere ai nostri occhi. L odore di umidita che si poteva apprezzare entrando dentro non era solo legata al fatto che era un convento, ma anche al fatto che le stanze sono tutte senza finestra, bagno compreso. Direi assolutamente poco salutare. per fortuna che c' è l aria condizionata. E l altra cosa sconvolgente è che noi abbiamo fatto presente la cosa al personale e ci hanno risposto che le poche stanze con finestre erano occupate.Guardando la pianta dell hotel, ci siamo resi conto che son solo 2 quelle con finestre, tutte le altre sono delle celle. Esperienza che non ripeterei assolutamente, sopratutto per il prezzo pagato.

Photos sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité, piscine sale, pas d'eau chaude, fuite d'eau au niveau des toilettes. Moisissures. L'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation complète.
