cuatro ascensores para 18 plantas el todo incluido no incluye ni el cafe (tienes que cogerlo de una maquina) y ninguna marca hay que pedir una cerveza un cubata si dices marca tienes suplemento

Su situación con respecto a la zona de ocio del Rincón de Loix.

Las esperas de los ascensores y una restauración total que tienen que hacer de todas las instalaciones.

Existe una oferta muy variada de establecimientos comerciales, mercado, hosteleria y buenos paseos por el paseo maritimo, propio todo ellos de Benidorm en cualquier epoca del año.

LO MÁS NEGATIVO HA SIDO SIN LUGAR A DUDAS LOS ASCENSORES ANTICUADOS, OBSOLETOS Y DE ESCASO MANTENIMIENTO, Y MÁS AUN CUANDO HABLAMOS DE UN HOTEL DE 18 PLANTAS

Bien situado, muy cerca de la playa.

Hotel muy viejo, habitaciones pequeñas, baños de los años 70 y no muy limpios, instalacciones malas. Cucarachas en baños de las piscinas.

Renovarle entero, quitarle por lo menos 2 estrellas

Staff were friendly and clearly worked hard. Food was plentiful and of reasonable quality. The "house wine" on offer was dreadful which given the availability of good quality wines at reasonable prices is unforgiveable.

The lifts were slow and frustrating. If the hotel had been full it would have been very annoying and disruptive.

The hotel is close to the beach and all its facilities.

Excellent, high quality food - always being replenished if anything ran out. The staff are very friendly and professional. The bedrooms are basic but kept very clean.

Poor equipment in the gym - could do with a treadmill and/or cross trainer.Entertainment on the night very poor.

Beach very close by - plenty of shops and nightlife as well.

Excellent food, and the service in the restaurant was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from the beautifully clean beach.

There is no indoor swimming pool, as advertised by your site. The gym is very old and tired. The entertainment is very poor.

The lovely beach. There is a bus stop just across the road and you can catch the majority of buses to different parts of Benidorm.

very good hotel. we have now stayed 3 times in this hotel . always been well looked after.

lifts can be a little slow.

only a small step to the vast beachfront promanarde area.

I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff were very helpful too.I would certainly recommend it to my friends and family
