The hotel is innovative in every way. The listed national monument, dating from 1921, has been converted into a hotel, and is now a true showcase for Dutch architecture and design. It offers various services in communal spaces. Situated above the restaurant it informs guests and interested parties on topics such as art, culture and cultural projects. By virtue of its sheer size, its unusual range of spaces and its innovative design features, the hotel lends itself also very well to functions and business meetings. Habitaciones

Todas las habitaciones estan clasificadas con estrellas (de 1 á 5). Las habitaciones con baño compartida (1*) han sido restauradas a su estado original. Para ir al baño, el hotel presta un albornoz a los clientes. Las habitaciones economy (2*) tienen un interior sorprendente con suficiente espacio para tomarse una ducha. Los diseños de Mvrdv y Seyferth han dado soluciones innovadoras. Las estandard (3*) estan decoradas con muebles de famosas artistas. Los baños son plegables ó pueden estar en medio de la habitación. Las superiores (4*) tienen mucho espacio con una decoración excepcional. Las habitaciones deluxe (5*) son increibles, estas habitaciones soprenderan hasta los clientes más exigentes.

A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. Lunch and dinner may be ordered à la carte or from a set menu.

The hotel ais very well situated: it is at the edge of the city centre in the fashionable Eastern Docklands at only 5 min distance by fast tram from the Central Station. The Eastern Docklands area is awash with fascinating cultural, architectural and shopping highlights. Many of Amsterdam's cultural hotspots can be found in the area of the Lloyd Hotel, including the brand new concerthall; Muziekgebouw, Holland's biggest jazz club and Amsterdam's Modern Art Museum and Stedelijk CS.
