good location - easy walking distance to Grassmarket area nice room although a bit small breakfast very good staff very pleasant
some nice restaurants very nearby in Bruntsfield area if you dont want to walk too far

Very nice staff, very smily and helpfull for everything Good timing for breakfast, and very tasty! Very comfortable beds, and soft sheets, nice design in the room, in the bar. And one of the most important, very quiet place!
Just the noise when we switch on light in the bathroom (room 205)

Lovely friendly staff,very helpful and welcoming.
Room had dampness on the walls, carpet outside the room door wet.
Near enough the city centre, lots to see and do.

A good fun place with snookers and darts, great location only 15 mins walk from the Grassmarket, popular with students for good reason as they do such good meal and drink offers. Recently refurbished which gives everything a 'new' feel

bonne situation dans edimbourg chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes
1/pas de parking (PV sur la voiture le lendemain), 2/télévision ne fonctionnait pas (à peine 2 chaines mais image absolument pas nette, appel du responsable qui en échangeant avec une autre TV a donné le diagnostic de problème d'antenne et non de TV. Au final, on est resté avec nos 2 chaines.) 3/chambre juste au dessus du bar donc bruyant

La relación calidad precio en comparación con otros hoteles en los que hemos estado es excepcional. Muy bueno el desayuno.
En Edimburgo todo está cerca. Pero al lado hay un parque donde la gente juega al golf.
