The staff werehelpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and receipt of the public transport voucher was great.
For a 4* hotel I was disapppointed with the rooms, I have travelled a lot through Europe and found this to be the smallest. The coffee cups were small and plastic which makes it feel like a 2* hotel. The rooms were also very warm and stuffy
You need to take a bus if you want to get into town but once in town it is great

It is NOT a four stars hotel ! In Italy such hotels are only two stars hotels, not four stars.
The hotel designed is old and conservative. The fact that you have to pay for wi-fi irrates me greatly. It is OK but not a great hotel.
