    Very easy to find and not far from the city centre. The hotel was very nice,clean and friendly.

    Room size good, prices very reasonable Staff very pleasant and accomodating Food very nice. Would stay again and intend to in about a weeks time

    Only slight note, bedside unit missing from one side of bed (Room123)

    Good location.Good bus link into cardiff.Staff very friendly and efficcient.Always said good morning.

    Only 1 negative.Cant speak for other rooms but could not watch tv in our room (39) as signal very poor.Big dissapointment.

    Everything was excellent, the rooms are clean, warm and nice big bed. TV had lots of channels. Breakfast is self service and very nice. Checking in was easy and the ataff are very friendly. Would definately book there again, highly recommended.

    Clean, comfortable.

    Lacked atmosphere in lobby area. Would have liked plug socket nearer to bed. Drinks on the pricey side.

    Both my mother and i were very impressed with the hotel.(very surprised it was a 3* thought it should be 4*). Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the bar lounge area we shall definately be returning and hopefully will have time to use as that also looked very welcoming. The hotel was full and still the breakfast ran very smooth.
