Extremely close to the Geneva's railway station
Building work started at 8am in the hotel bedrooms above. Therefore the noise levels of the building work (banging) were unacceptable. Also the heating was not working in the hotel bedroom making the room extremely cold.
bars and restaurants and the old town was within walking distance of hotel

the satff was quite friendly
I arrived late and was given a smokers room. the next morning i woke up with a headache. i changed my room but got one without a bath, and with a connecting door to another room. all in all i didn't think i received value for money.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Location is excellent, right beside the main train station and within short wlking distance to all the main sights. When the staff realised we were on our honeymoon, we were immediately upgraded to a king sized bedroom which was really beautiful. The staff could not have been anymore helpful. Excellent.

Excellent service; excellent hotel (had stayed there in the past for business and got better value via you Easyjet partnership). A Formal Complaint: Re: ATS Transfer Service/Easyjet Partner: The cancellation policy of ATS requires 7 days advance notice to cancel transfers - this is a very unreasonable notification period!

accueil à 23.00 très agréable
domage qu'il n'y avait pas d'ouvre bouteille/décapsuleur dans la chambre ni de verre.j'ai du faire appel 2 x au room service pour le décapsuleur et boire la bière à la bouteille.le matin au chek out je l'ai signalé à la jeune dame de la réception qui elle n'était absolument pas sympathique.domage cela aurait pu rendre le séjour parfait
