    Did not like room allocated so asked for a swap. Staff dealt with this immediately and were very professional and courteous. They found a room which I thought was much better, although not much larger than the original offered. We did not have a mini-bar as stated on the hotel description, nor did we have tea or coffee making facilities.

    Room was rather smaller than we had anticipated which was slightly disappointing, however it was modern, clean and contained all amenities we required. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful and the location is very good. Breakfast is taken in a basement room and contains a good selection, also it is possbile to have a continental breakfast delivered to your room at no extra cost.
