    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The rooms were very good value for money and very clean. All in all a very pleasurable stay.

    we have been to this hotel 4 or 5 times it is getting better all the time

    would need a lift for anyone in a wheelchair or anyone with a pushchair to get to the restaurat and pool side

    check in was a nightmare. reception staff kept telling us to come back in another hour, then another hour and another - because our room wasnt ready. we tried the other receptionist and he checked us in straight away. air conditioning wasnt working in our room but got fixed few hours after our request. patio door leading to the balcony didn't lock, however an eagle-eyed chambermaid reported it to passing handymen and it got fixed on day 5 of our holiday. hotel has a policy of 'no reserving sunbeds with towels.' however, by 10am each morning, 95ò0of beds were indeed reserved. I do not believe this is a 4* hotel and should've remained a 3* due to the decor of the bedrooms and dated bathroom. big cracks in the bath and holes in the bathroom walls. hotel is in nice area.
