I book for double standard bed, but I have given single bed that was attached toghather, the funny part, the bed was seperating in the morning.

all histrical attraction just a walking distance away.

I would defiantely recommend this hotel to other user who are travelling to Istanbul and would recommend that they stay in the Old City, the only thing that I would advise travellers is that the taxi fare from the airport Sabiha Gokcen to the Old City would be around 150TL (£75.00). But other than that Istanbul is certainly a destination that I would revisit in the near future

When we arrived we were greated by two pleasant gentlemen at reception, we were checked in quite rapidly and efficient and shown to our room. We were even shown how to use the safe, which makes a change when other hotels just give you a card and you have to work it out yourself. The hotel lobby itself was very clean and tidy, there is a small bar in the lobby and also a coffee shop in the reception area too. The restaurant is on the top floor with an outside bar, the view is amazing up there, but if you do sit outside it is advisable to take a jacket with you as it can get a bit windy!

There is a road opposite the hotel and if you walk down there for about 5 minutes you will come to a park and there is a tram service there. You pay 1.50TL (0.75p) and this will enable you to travel to the next station where the famous Blue Mosque is located. When you get there you will be surrounded by an abundance of Turkish restaurants, and rug shops.

We stayed in 2 different hotels on this trip, the golden horn and this one, both booked through the easyjet/hotels website at the same price per night.Lady diana hotel was far better quality than the golden horn. The only feedback that I have for lady diana is;1. on the easyjet booking site it said that the hotel accepted american express - but the hotel did'nt, which was really inconvenient for our financial planning purposes,2. the room had no view - there was just a wall outside our window. Given that they did'nt seem busy it would have been nice to get a room with a better view,3. the bathroom was very small and the shower head kept sliding down,Regards

Trés bon hôtel, calme, très bien situé, à proximité de la mosquée bleue et de l'Hagia Sofia. Très belle terrasse sur le toit où on peut prendre son petit déjeuner et/ou boire un verre ou manger si le coeur vous en dit. Le personnel est très avenant. Nous pouvons recommander cet hôtel.
