Bello hotel bien comunicado por carretera con pueblos cercanos.A destacar Parking gratuito.
Circuito Spa demasiado caro.Aconsejaría opción baño en piscina cubierta por un precio asequible a todos.

Staff very professional, whole stay v good
Only thing was that there was no english news channel ie sky news or bbc news on the tv. missed not keeping up to date

Check in was fast and professional, our room was on the first floor none smoking, looking out on a side street, which was mentioned during the booking process as a possibility. Good size room with reasonable standard bathroom maintained and cleaned to a high standard
The out door pool was closed for repair which gave the hotel a feeling of emptiness and rather a forlorn feel about it. We only had breakfast at the hotel and sad to say, although the hotel was far from full, the staff stood by when some of the produce on buffet should have been replenished.

a nice hotel, staff ok,
lack of facilities ie. the spa. It is not allowed to use one of the spa facilities such as the hot tub or jacuzzi, you have to pay 25 euros for a package, which is not stated anywhere.
Not a lot, the hotel states it is 4 kms from torrivieja but to the centre of Torrivieja it is actually 11 kms & taxis are not readily available, The hotel could arrange a taxi departing from the hotel, but try getting back!

A GOOD QUOLITY HOTEL THAT I HAVE USED IN THE PAST AND WILL USE AGAIN IN THE FEATURE.
El hotel escepcional para pasar unos dias tranquilos y relajados. Y la limpieza y el personal, OK.

Lo unico que no me gusto, fue que no entraran las comidas con el alojamiento.
