All of the staff were extremely helpful

The bedroom was very small in comparison with other hotels

The hotel seemed very disorganised, particularly check-in and the breakfast room. I waited 10 minutes at an empty check in desk before being told I had to take a smoking room for the time being as the non-smoking rooms had not been cleaned yet- at 6.30 in the evening. Customers were laying their own tables for breakfast. The non-smoking room I got eventually was very clean and pleasant, no complaints there. I don't think, however that the hotel is deserving of it's 4- star rating.

Great location for visiting all parts of the city.

The Kris Consul Del Mar Hotel was fabulous! A very relaxed hotel with friendly, helpful staff and great facilities. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the city centre and the City of the Arts and Sciences, along with beautiful parks, great restaurants and lively bars. The room we had was quite spacious and very pretty, with a king-size bed and a nice balcony, and a very clean bathroom. We were also offered a smoking or non-smoking room. The pool was of a good size and very well presented, and the sauna was also a pleasant experience! We are a couple in our 20's and the Consul Del Mar was perfect for our romantic get-away. The only downside at all was that it was a very long walk to the beach, but we knew this and sacraficed the beach for the city, it took us around 40 minutes to walk to it and we're quite fit, the hotel booked a taxi for us to get there one evening which was only around 6 euros - and it was well worth it!

The pool was out of action for most of our stay - we chose the hotel because of the indoor pool, so this was a bit disappointing. Tea/coffee was not available in the hotel rooms or at reception, and was only available in the dining room at breakfast time. Very impressed by cleanliness of the rooms - the maids were very hard-working.

A nice hotel, very quiet though.There was no bar as stated in the details and there was no room/hotel guide to let us know about the facilities. The location was quite far from the port and the centre so a taxi is the best possible type of transport.I would stay again as the price was very good.

Hôtel idéalement situé, tout y était parfait, la chambre, la SDB, le petit-déjeuner, l'accueil, et pour finir le spa, un régal. Je reviendrai c'est sur!!

i motori dei climatizzatori, non sono isolati ed insonorizzati, la camera n° 3 è molto rumorosa, si può fare di meglio l' acqua della piscina relax, è troppo fredda per il "relax" provate voi.
