Booked in for 3 nights although there was a problem with their booking system and the 1st night was over booked and there
was no room for either of us, we had two rooms booked.
But, they did arrange transport for us to their sister hotel for the one night, great location and rooms. Transport was again
provided in the morning, a minor inconvenience but can't fault how they rectified this which counts.
The food was great, mini bar well stocked, nice lobby bar and fab restaurant on the roof with great views of Krakow.
