    very good hotel with good food the room we had was very nice will be staying again

    Breakfast was excellent, very good value for money!

    Rooms need a little tlc as they are a bit dated. Not very warm either. Hot tap was cold, and cold tap was hot, so took a while to get the shower on????!! Our room was close to function suite so there was music until 1am!!

    the hotel was value for money reception staff was very helpfull. my booking had not been forwarded to them so they were unaweres of my booking but the receptionist sorted all that out without any problems.

    I arrived at the hotel to be told there was a problem with the booking from Hotelopia and they had placed a reservation for me at a nearby hotel of a similar standard. While the hotel was okay, it wasnt what I had asked for and also kept me late at completeing my business . Due to this, I am still awaiting a reciept so I can claim my expenses as the PDF file from Hotelopia was password protected and after 25minutes trying to get through to their customer servives I gave up as the music was atrocious and the price was mounting on my mobile bill.

    Het hotel ligt ver buiten het centrum van Glasgow! Taxi vanaf Centraal station duurt ongeveer een half uur. Sávond vinden taxi's de duur te lang tenzij je dubbel betaalt.
