The hotel had some minor repairs that need to be completed. This would have made the hotel more enjoyable. e.g. broken doors, toilets broken. The hotel need to have more signs in the room e.g. no smoking, times of meals etc. At meal times there were no notices explaining the procedure and at breakfast time - there was only 1 staff on - there was at elast 60 people all together
The staff were very friendly and helped where required. The quality of food was exellecent
I booked the hotel to be early for my work conference and to be with my colleagues. I was told when I arrived the hotel was full- i was then given a room at a nearby travel lodge. I did explain that i would be on my own and that my colleagues would be expecting me. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do.
