Wifi no free !!!!! Very expensive Piscine tobogan pour enfant trop loin
hotel were offering a free mini bus service into Bodrum, the only time we went to book it, the guest relation lady wasn't there, were told to come back in half an hour, we tried 6 times after that and gave up, the times were not brilliant so we used the local shuttle at 2.50L each way and this was an excellent service. I would not visit this hotel again and would not recommend to a friend
Close to sea Very hard to find a positive for this hotel, but for what we paid we had fairly good value with drinks and food
Advertising free turkish bath....Not Free very misleading. Rooms were not close to each other, very difficult for families, asked to be be moved closer to our children said could do it in 5 days at 10am, when we arrived at reception with cases were told room not available until midnight, so returned to original room, very noisy from upstairs and next door walls very thin. Air conditioning on winter setting so very hot in rooms. cleanliness not very good all round, ie room, outside rooms. Staff very rude at reception, bar area and restaurant. Food very repetetive and cold most of the time. This was towards the end of the season but dining room like a school canteen, never enough tables set, crockery never cleared to enable to take seats, run out of certain food items not replaced. Chipped glasses. Advertising one night in a chinese restaurant...closed Towels threadbare. one man serving drinks in main area having to queue for half an hour on some occasions. Totally unsuitable for the elderly and families with young children due to many steps. Complete lack of interest for anyone staying in this hotel, which is very sad as this could be rectified by better customer relations. Disco closed...were offering to take people into Bodrum at a 20 Euro cost. Non motorised water sport only available to above 18 year olds, but every time we enquired they stated pedlos were broken, more interested in selling, jet ski, ringo etc.
Hotel is situated on a busy main road so nowhere local to walk to, so a bus is required, which was not a problem for us. Entertainment was very lacking not alot to do for teenagers. Swimming was good in the sea
