Hotel Keppler

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Größe der Zimmer reicht jedoch nicht ganz an das heran, was man sich für den Preis wünschen würde. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Umgebung (Etoile) für touristische Besuche zu empfehlen und der Service sehr persönlich und dennoch professionell. Auf diese Weise ist Paris sicherlich auch im Februar eine Reise wert.

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes der SPA-Bereich des Hotels nicht richtig nutzbar. Während der Abendstunden war dieser zunächst für mehr als 1 Stunde wegen einer Massage gesperrt (dies wird dem Gast jedoch erst mitgeteilt, wenn er vor der Tür des SPA-Bereiches steht), diese dauerte dann länger, als angegeben und nach der Massage waren Sauna und Dampfbad kalt. Es fehlte in unserem Executive Doppelzimmer (5. OG) leider auch etwas an Helligkeit, da der Blick in einem recht dunklen Innenhof ging.

very clean and comfortable hotel, staff couldn't do enough to help, especially the breakfast staff. Great facilities and location. On a nice quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but within short walking distance of everything.

A jem of an hotel - a real home from home in quiet surroundings, yet only a short walk from the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast buffet is excellent and open until 11 for those that don't like to rise too early. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, eg in recommending and booking loocal restaurants. Probabaly the nicest hitel we've stayed in anywhere and well worth the discount price we paid.

Access to the Metro is only a few minutes walk away so the whole of Paris is at hand.

I rate this hotel highly. It was very pleasant and the staff were great. Individuals, couples and those on business trips I am sure would also rate this hotel highly. Families with younger children may not rate this hotel as highly as the hotel clearly gears itself towards the individual and couples niche of the market.

The hotel is very centrally located allowing you easy access to many transport methods and many tourist attractions were within walking distance. Located on a side street allows you the benefits of the central location without any added noise or light pollution. The rooms and public areas were very well maintained and clean at all times. The staff were fantastic! They were always pleased to assist you and several staff spoke reasonable English, amongst other languages, making our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast on offer was well presented and very satisfying.

Whilst the rooms were very pleasant, clean and attractive they were slightly smaller than anticipated. Breakfast was very nice, however, there were limited food options throughout the rest of the day.

Die Standardzimmer sind zu klein. Hatte ein Zimmer auf der oberen Etage gebucht und bekamm ein Zimmer im ersten Stock. Nach einem Nachfragen war man erst bereit, einen Tausch vorzunehmen.
