The hotel is very close to both High St Kensington underground station and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The building work was very noisy but only during the period stated - 8am to 5pm.

rooms extremely small, no hairdryer in a four star hotel, food very displeasing, a normal club sandwich usually is standard but was done extremely bad.

Location and Hotel facilities
Talking into account that the Hotel is undergoing renervation. Our room was small and in need of renervation , the bathroom was very poor , the position of the bath ment I had to assist my wife in and out of the shower , honestly quite dangerious ( room 6009 ) We asked to move and where told that all the rooms where simular and they had non available any way . At the time of booking we asked for parking , when we arrived we where told that due to biulding work no parking at the hotel was available. overall not good

Geboekte kamers niet gekregen, zelfs kamer die we hadden moeten verlaten in pyama om maintenance redenen ???? Hadden kamers met dubbele bedden geboekt, kamers met tweepersoonsbedden gekregen. Wilden koffers nawegen bij vertrek, in hele hotel geen weegschaal aanwezig. Uitstraling ed. absoluut geen 4-sterren hotel. Kleine onverzorgde kamers.

Bar tender at Lion's Bar was rude and unprofessional. A client spilled wine over me and he told me I should ask him to pay me another glass! The hotel manager was professional though.Overall was small rooms, OK staff, great gym!I am going back there only on account of gym and close to my buddies in London.

No muy buena relacion calidad precio, sobretodo, la zona de spa muy precaria, el agua de la piscina helada y fria la del unico jacuzzi que habia ( ah! y habia que pagar 5 libras para acceder a la zona de spa, en la gran mayoria de hoteles en los q he estado, el spa va incluido en el precio, solo se pagan servicios adicionales: masajes, tratamientos de belleza...)En general no me ha gustado mucho y creo q he pagado demasiadao dinero para los servicios q he encontrado
