Incomprensiblemente, no tenian leche caliente ni cacao para desayunar. Todos los dias hemos tenido que pedir por favor, un vaso de leche caliente, y echarle nosotros del cacao que tuvimos que comprar en un supermercado.

Buena opinión, muy agradable, personal muy atento.

Calidad precio muy correcta. Esta bien comunicado con el centro de Londres.

Habiamos pedido y confirmado una habitacion familiar y en al hacer el check-in no era una habitacion familiar. Luego nos cambiaron y al llegar por la noche no habian hecho la segunda cama. El servicio de Seguridad muy amablemente hizo la cama.

I like staying at this hotel because if you ask for a quiet room you get just that. The back of the hotel faces a office block so it's quiet on a night which is great if your not used to the usual London traffic noise. The beds are very comforatable and the breakfast is excellent. Hotel pub on hand is nice for a drink. The staff are always very helpfull and you are able to leave your luggage safely if your not traveling home until later in the day. It's a few minutes walk from Angel tube station where there are a lot of places to grab something to eat if you wish and as a single parent I feel safe walking around there.

Some of the hotel towels are a bit past their best. The music in the lobby / breakfast room coiuld get on yout nerves very quickly......chamber music!

Excellent service, lovely rooms and very clean!

There appeared to be some confusion on my arrival and staff where not aware of my booking. This required intervention by a senior member of staff, no idea why? I was dealt with politely and the issue was resolved with full apologies regarding the delay in checking in.

Plenty of options, however time did not allow! A wonderful location

The room was a great size with a double bed and sofa bed so plenty of space to do work and relax. Beautiful bathroom. Well cleaned daily. I was particularly pleased with the helpfulness of staff and friendliness of the staff on front desk and in the bar. The bar had a warm and friendly atmosphere with great food and service.

The only negative comment i can give is that i expected to have better in room facilities such as a fridge and immediate access to an ironing board. Also, no bottled water was provided in the rooms forcing me to pay for overpriced bottled water at the bar.

I was unable to explore the area properly as my course covered the majority of the day but I found many nice places to eat nearby.

Hotel being refurbished, but this did not affect me personally.

Good quality for money in a very good location within walking distance of our conference facility , underground and Kings Cross station.

Islington has a good variety of shops and restaurants

Very good value for the price I paid.

Toilet in room could have been cleaner but rest was good Breakfast was adequate and I could have upgraded - I could not find the cheese?
