Excellent value for money on New Year's Eve - bit further out of central london than we would have liked but pleasant walk along Embankment from Houses of Parliament after watching fireworks.
Good range of cheap eateries nearby on Fulham Broadway and good tube/bus services to Central London

Decent sized room, quiet
Water supply to room ran scalding hot then stopped completely - no time to discuss with staff

hotel and room were clen and well kept
no underground or bus services near by, there is an overground train but services are not as frequent. no shop facilities near by or even a vending machine for snacks
couldnt see a lot, had to travel to find anything of interest

Air conditioning unit in hotle was not working properly. It was impossible to sleep due to the loud noise and both buzzing and banging sounds that came from it all night (room 126)

Placed superbly for access both by car and train (Imperial Wharfe (overground) station is 2 minutes walk. This connects (one stop) to the underground - recommend get an Oyster travel card for all underground and London overground trains), We were there for rugby match at Twickenham and that is just 20 mins train ride away, via clapham junction, brilliant.
Modern, efficient and clean and away from traffic noise (a huge plus for London). The staff were helpful and kept on top of things in a busy dining room (breakfast). A self help breakfast menu was good with lots of choice.
5 minutes walk to the Kings Road but otherwise not close to the sights of London for tourists. The train/underground solves that (see below).

Staff were willing to help and go ut of there way to get us what we wanted eg adaptor plugs etc . Although we found the hotel a little too far from the tube station we would stay there again because of the friendly atmosphere and the staff's readiness to help
room was a bit small on check in we had too wait ages for our room to be readied no porters available to help with luggage internet access in the lobby was sporadic lunch menu was limited
nothing really hotel was a fair walk from the tube station
