great food, good value.
staff on recetion for check in and check out....not helpful! we had to ask all the questions about the usual things...where restaurant was,m check ou times, breakfast times etc...even had to hand back our keys as receptonist hadnt asked for them when i checked out.
lots of bars, clubs and places to eat. great shopping too!

Went to the National Trust property "Birmingham Back to Backs" this time, very interesting.

It took half an hour to check as the hotel was at full capacity and they couldn't find an available room easily

I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, in an ideal position for restaurants, bars and clubs and only a 10 minute walk to the shops of New Street and the Bull Ring. We were on the 12th floor so didn't hear any noise from the street below. Couldn't fault it at all. I would certainly go there again.
Restaurants, bars and clubs. Close the canalside, NIA and only a 10 minute walk to the shops in New Street and the Bull Ring.
