Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything as requested
Christmas Market. Central hotel. everything is within walking distance. Tour buses right outside hotel.

Close to bus and train stations. Have since received telephone call requesting on line booking details.
Warm welcome at reception. Hotel did not have a booking for us, but arranged a room for us very quickly.

First floor room could be noisy if window left open at night
terrific location in center of belfast. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, one block from airport bus, Europa Bus Station and Great Victoria Street railway station

staff very helpful. Especially a young trainee girl at reception who went out of her way to make us comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect position. A short walk from the transfer bus from the airport and a short walk to all the main attractions. Breakfast was very good.
My only negative opinion was the one dinner we had. The roast beef had been warmed up and was not very tender and the vegetables were not fresh.

Good location near bus and train stations. Good spacious room with nice bathroom. Fairly quiet at night.
More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good.

Eating out is expensive near the hotel it is worth going a bit further to find better priced options.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and adequate. Breakfast good and plentiful. hotel well situated.
Whole of city centre within easy walking distance. Next door to grand Opera House and Golden Mile. A short taxi ride from Odyssey Arena.

Habiendo reservado 2 habitaciones dobles con 2 camas standard; me encontré con 2 habitaciones con una cama grande y una cama supletoria plegable con un "colchón" de gomaespuma partido en 3 trozos. El manager del hotel me dijo que habitaciones dobles con 2 camas standard no existian en ese hotel.Tremendamente decepcionado con el hotel. Jamás volveré allí, ni tampoco lo recomendaré.
