I had a very nice stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to book there again. The staff were all very friendly and the cooked breakfast was really good

Excellent location. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
A bit expensive for a room only. Only suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The double bed is not big enough for a toddler to share.

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Stadt, ganz nah am Bahnhof, Shopping-Center und Bushaltstelle zum Flughafen.
Sehr schlechte Lärm-Isolierung. Verkehr, Vögel, usw. sind die ganze Nacht zu hören.

Excellent location, clean and bright, with adjacent shopping centre, food mall with variety of restaurants, bus station, train station and taxi rank. Lovely pleasant efficient staff.
We did not eat often in the hotel, as the food appeared expensive. Breakfast was over £8, and while a variety of cereals and juices were available, the "fry" lacked mushrooms, black and white pudding etc which was available in other outlets nearby. Also the choice at other times was limited (and a bit pricey), where small changes to the fare offered would make a big difference. Chicken curry and rice...., lasagne, chicken kiev...., stir fried beef and noodles, a quick look at what other local restaurants offered would be of value and interest to hotel management, as some of those restaurants had waiting times of 45 minutes to even get a table!! and the food was very nice particularly in Frankie and Benny's, Pizza hut, and Apache Spur. However, all that said, it's a great hotel, great location, and we got it at a good price, and we will certainly return again to it. Well done to all the staff, especially the lovely girl in the restaurant from Kilkenny, Ireland, and a very pleasant bar man from Mayo, Ireland, particularly helpful and polite, lovely to meet this type of hospitality and kindness anywhere on holiday. Well done everyone.

Stayed on a Saturday , lovely hotel with great staff very happy to help with anything.We had a snack in the bar which was lovely and breakfast in the morning was very good.Would stay at this hotel again

Nice new clean hotel right in the centre of town. Soft beds, decent shower in a large room. Friendly staff. Hotel food good or you can have a selection of foods from the shopping mall. Would definately recomend to friends and I will stay here again.

Pity about noise from Bus Station. Fire Drill very poor. No procedure for roll call in place
