The phone in my room did not work which was very inconvenient.Also, I was consequently frequently disturbed by the technician guy.The receptionist was very helpful and the next day I was given another room-unfortunately, with windows leading onto the main road.
the staff were very helpful and professional.
This is the first hotel that I have been to that charges for using the safe and the tea and coffee facilities.
Great location!Could not have been better.Everything in a easy reach.

The room was very small. No shower curtain so had to sit in the bath to shower.No social area e.g lounge bar.Hotel was very well placed and clean.Staff very friendly.

great location, good basic hotel
The food is far from being of European standards. The breakfast is classed as a continental breakfast but it's not possible to eat toasts. Not everybody wants to have tomato pasta in the morning.
Close to the town centre and all attractions.
The staff have got to be more willing to welcome the guests in a nice way. They must come accross as if they want you to be there and not as if they are not bothered by the questions that you may have.
Visit the castle/palace/cathedral/shops & restaurants.
