hotel cerca de la plaza Omonia, con lo que tienes acceso al metro para poder llegar a los principales puntos de Atenas. Hotel muy limpio y nuestra habitación para 4 era suficiente y confortable. En recepción simplemente correctos. Relación calidad-precio muy aceptable.
El entorno del hotel muy degradado y muy sucio. No pasa absolutamente nada, pero te da sensación de inseguridad. Al lado justo del Hotel bar musical, con clientes de mal aspecto. Es un tema más del propio ayuntamiento que del Hotel, pero que se debe tene en cuenta.
En recepción pienso que aunque no sepan español, pueden hacer un esfuerzo por entenderte y dar unos cuantos consejos o pautas cuando se lo pides, conmigo incluso en inglés muy escuetos en las explicaciones. Por cierto creo recordar que pone que parking a disposición del público, y no es cierto puesto que no disponen de él. Te hacen ir a uno cercano y a un precio de 15 euros/dia.

15 mins drive from Chania (make sure you rent a car). Pool not crowded at all even on high season. Very calm and one can sleep very well. Staff was polite.

Central location near to train. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rooms good size with balcony.
Streets slightly dodgy but safe.

The hotel was nice and welcoming.
The hotel was nice and staff were pleasant. Towels were changed everyday, toiletries were in place everyday too. The rooms were cleaned to a reasonable standard. The power shower was a reasonable strength.
In the bar only 2 glasses were made avilable but it was a triple room. We thought that this was a mistake but throughout the stay, only 2 glasses were ever available. The bathroom was quite small for a triple, The surrounding areas where the hotel is situated was quite scary as there was clearly criminal activities going on and there was anti-social behaviour everyday and atleast 3 incidences.
The train station is not far from the hotel, only a short walk away. There is a places to eat nearby, particularly a Mcdonalds should the children not eat properly.

Most staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay.
Crack city outside the hotel. Area not very pleasant.
Shopping centre nearby.

We were made to feel welcome.
Not the fault of the hotel but it was very noisy outside at the front.

The staff was really nice and treated me really well. The room was very nice and the bathroom was very, very clean. The only bad thing was the view from the room, which was terrible. But thats outside the hotel. The hotel its self is great. Breakfast was very good.

The reception staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't feel like a priviledged guest as easyJet likes it to be!
