    Muy mala situacion, muy lejos del centro. Personal muy poco amable.

    El hotel es razonablemente posee muchos servicios, de accesibilidad aceptable, las habitaciones son limpias, aceptablemente confortables y de espacio adecuados.

    En mi opinión es demasiado grande, pero su principal problema es que la atención del personal es mala, la mayoría no hable inglés, mucho menos español, No son amablesy no dan información adecuada sobre los servicios que presta el hotel y no pretan ningún tipo de ayuda sobre la ciudad, sus medios de transporte e información turistica necesaria para el viajero. La mayoría de la inforación escrita es en ruso.

    SE TRATA DE UN HOTEL MUY BIEN COMUNICADO CON UNA CALIDAD ALTA PARA SER RUSIA, DESDE LUEGO NO LLEGA NI DE LEJOS A LA CALIDAD DE LOS HOTELES ESPAÑOLES.APROVECHO PARA DAR LAS GRACIAS A HOTELOPIA POR SI SERVICIO IMPECABLE SOBRE TODO EN LO REFERENTE A GESTIÓN DE LA DOCUMENTACION NECESARIA PARA LOS VISADOS

    This hotel is short walking distance of Partisanskaya metro station...nevertheless, pack lightly, if possible. 1.5 Hr. Taxi ride to/from Domodedovo Airport. For 1-2 evenings in Moscow, this is a fairly reasonable hotel with accomodations.

    Cheap and Cheerful and clean option next to the a tourist market around and 30 mins by metro to the city. This old Olympic area is meant to be a bit rough now but we had no issues. Staff are not so helpful but just sometimes not speaking Russian it can be tough. Food gets a low mark as after we sat down for sushi in the Japanese restaurant they told us it would take 2-3 hours.Would stay here again if I was going to Moscow.

    nella prenotazione ho pagato stanza prima colazione, arrivato là mi hanno informato che non avevo nessuna colazione inclusa, che era da regolare a parte. livello di conoscenza dell'inglese del personale molto basso.

    Een aanrader naar derden, maar kies liever een gezellig restaurantje buiten het hotel!

    Ik was 20 jaar geleden al te gast in het hotel en de evolutie van zowel het hotel als de buurt is positief te noemen. Baliepersoneel vriendelijk, attent en meertalig. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Prijs / kwaliteit.

    Meeste personeel, ook in de restaurants, is eentalig russisch. De nachtbistro is een kopie van het ontbijtbuffet, maar beperkter. Restaurant Moskou: beperkte keuze, een aantal keuzemogelijkheden waren niet voorradig. Buffet- en Restaurantbediening: soms nogal amateuristische op het boerse af. Teveel personeel in verhouding van het werk. Een aantal liep er als het ware tegen zijn zin.

    Gemakkelijke metroverbinding naar het centrum. Zowel de Russchische markt als de andere winkeltjes zijn het bezoeken waard. Schappelijke prijzen. Wie van een wandeling en een terasje houdt kan terecht in het Park.

    Chambres propres, check-in rapide et en anglais. Tout est sur place, et le marché au souvenirs ( le moins cher de Moscou) se trouve de l'autre cote de la rue. Le personel des restaurants environants parle difficilement anglais, mais les menus sont dans les deux langues. L'hotel n'est pas en centre ville, mais la station de metro la plus proche est a moins de 2 minutes de marche, et quelques minutes dans celui-ci vous emmenera en plein centre.Excellent hotel pour le prix, je le recommande vivement.
