Built in 1979 on the site of the historic Izmailovo village and Royal Estate, this 937-room city hotel provides elegant rooms and free private parking. During the 1980 Moscow Olympics the hotel was used to accommodate many of the athletes attending the games and now it is considered one of Moscow's most important hotels offering true Russian hospitality. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange desk, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors, facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a café, newspaper stand, bar, pub, disco, casino, restaurant and conference facilities. Internet access is available for a fee and room and laundry services are provided (the latter for a charge).

The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom, a small hall, a bedroom with two beds, a desk, a table with 2 chairs and a fridge. A TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and centrally regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard. In addition to a private bathroom with a hairdryer, further standard features include Internet access and a minibar, as well as a double or king-size bed and a safety deposit box.

Ubicación Izmailovo Alfa
This complex enjoys a very picturesque location near the old Izmailovo Park on the shores of the Serebryano-Vinogradnye ponds, where once the historic village of Izmailovo was to be found. Guests will find countless shops, the Pushkin Museum, Red Square, and the Bolshoi Theatre in the near vicinity. It is about a five-minute walk to the well-known Moscow Art Fair. Sheremetyevo 1 and Sheremetyevo 2 airports can be reached in about 50 min, while transfer to Domodedovo airport takes around an hour.
