    Very helpful, courteous. Nice entrance and sitting area. Turkish bath and massage very good and the two staff there were very good indeed. They deserve a bonus.

    The tea was not terribly good. The juices were very watered down and tasteless.

    Shop, walk to the harbour,grand bazaar, Old Istanbul sites - very good

    near the tramway

    very central ,good terrace for breakfast with good view over the sea marmara

    location is good but you must walk up till the main street which makes it hard for older people ,at nite very dark street but safe

    visit the university area

    the hotel was clean and "functional"

    The menu was somewhat restricted and the quality of food - particularly breakfast - was lacking. The Hotel seemed to have problems providing a hot drink - i.e. hot tea or coffee at breakfast. the "hot" drinks were lukewarm!

    Was die Leute unbedingt besser machen müssen, ist die Sprache englisch ausbauen, ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen

    Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit

    Restaurant Abendessen nicht geeignet. Kommunikationsprobleme, Essen war kalt. Kellner ziemlich ungehalten.

    Alles leicht erreichbar zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

    Nice location very close to the main monuments. But...

    It was a very bad quality room especially for a 4 star hotel (even though I guess that the turkey standart are lower, I would have expect something more clean...) One more drawback, it was VERY VERY noisy
