Hotel Iris

Habitaciones muy antiguas. Sabanas con quemaduras y muy viejas. Manchas en paredes y grietas. cortinas de la ducha y juntas de la bañera con mucha suciedad. cabecera de la cama con pegatinas y rayaduras con nombres de otros clientes. El director del hotel se disculpo por el estado de las instalaciones, pero trastornaron parte de nuestro vaiej ya que teniamos que hacer toda la vida fuera del hotel. pagamos un 3 estrellas y no pasaba de 1

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, MEALS WERE FINE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. MANAGER'S ATTITUDE VERY GOOD WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THE PROBLEMS MENTIONED BELOW BUT THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEMS.

THE TELEPHONE DID NOT WORK IN THE FIRST ROOM GIVEN AND THEN ON A ROOM CHANGE BECAUSE OF EXCESS NOISE BELOW FROM BAR, AGAIN THE PHONE DID NOT WORK. IN TOTAL 3 DAYS OUT OF TEN WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS (NOT GOOD ENOUGH). THE SWIMMING POOL COULD NOT BE USED EACH DAY UNTIL AT LEAST 3.30 PM. THE GUESTS HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE CHEMICALS ADDED TO THE WATER IN THE MORNING HAD TAKEN EFFECT (NOT GOOD ENOUGH).

I very glad that I have chosen that hotel and in future I will chosen it again!

very good attitude to the clients,very friendly and compitent personnel;very good breakfast food;good and convient hotel location,easy to achieve city centre and beach! very appropriate ratio price and comfort!

maybe organize some tv in some rooms or establish tv-set to the existing!

great value for money would recomend this hotel to others i went with a 2 year old had couldnt fault anything its a small hotel but perfectly situated, food was always hot and plenty, although not a massive choice but is sufficient. there staff was friendly and couldnt do enough for you, maid service was everyday very clean,rooms are massive.

The staff of the hotel is really kind, they help you in everything what you need. The food was really good and various every day. I am completely satisfied with everything there and I recommend the hotel for everybody.

This hotel is situated wonderfully close to airport, took me literally 5 minutes in hire car, very close to the beach and its own pool and loungers. It is cheap and therefore I would not expect quality but it was very adequate and I would use it again. It was clean and well managed.

the staff at the hotel could not be bettered anywhere the location is very good and at the moment just finished a refurbishment i would recommend this hotel to anyone
