Rising 36 storeys above the iconic New York skyline, the hotel houses 607 guest rooms and suites with panoramic views over Times Square, the Hudson River and the city via floor-to-ceiling windows, and more than 930 square metres of flexible meeting and event space equipped with conference facilities. Additionally, pursuant to the brand's pledge of providing guests with exceptionally unique 'Insider Experiences', the hotel has an engaging and dedicated concierge team to assist guests in creating memories and experiences of a lifetime. Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned property welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, Internet access, room service, a laundry service and a car park are provided.

Drawing upon natural elements, the guest rooms are designed to evoke the feeling of a chic Manhattan residence and offer dramatic panoramic views over the city, Times Square and the Hudson River. All rooms feature a convenient work area, a 42-inch HD flat-screen TV with satellite/cable channels, wired and wireless Internet access, and other technological amenities. Each guest room is created to be a warm and inviting respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. All rooms are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, radio, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
