Small family run B&B with 12 en suite rooms that overlooks Knyveton Gardens Bowling greens and the adjoining Tennis Courts. Also located opposite the guest house is a Cafe and private licensed bar that is open to Ingledene residents.

Continental Breakfast is complimentary. An option to order English breakfasts is also possible if booked the night before. Check-in is anytime between 2p.m. and 10p.m. Please call reception for late arrival. Check-out is anytime up to 11a.m All guests are issued with front door key. No curfew. No noise, partying in rooms or uninvited guests after 11p.m. No smoking in the building or outside the front door entrance.
